Connect to these tools via your school login and password. As soon as it is given to you, keep it in a safe place. In case of loss of these elements, you can click “lost password ” in the CAS (Centralized Authentication Service).

On a daily basis, 3 major tools are available:

• MIN (My IMT Mines Albi Numérique)is a digital space for information and internal services within the school. It is coupled with an electronic document management tool which allows the archiving and internal publication of documents;

• Kanboard is a project management tool that allows you to collaboratively monitor and animate the projects you are working on;
• SYNAPSES is the catalog of courses and educational monitoring space of IMT Mines Albi. You log in with your school credentials to find your teaching schedule, student schedules and room reservation schedule.

Applications

• If you want to reserve a car, consult the garage application on MIN / MPM;
• If you want to reserve a room, consult the SYNAPSES application on MIN / MPM;
• If you want to request a vacation or check your due leave, consult the 4you applicationon MIN / MRH;
• If you want to report a computer incident and / or make a request for computer equipment, consult the SOSInfo application on MIN / MSI;
• I want to request training, I consult the INSER application on MIN/MRH
• If you want to make a request for work to be carried out, consult the Work request applicationon MIN / MPM;
• If you want to launch a purchase request, consult the SIREPA application on MIN / MBF;
