The Quality Management System (QMS)

The QMS is a management tool serving the school’s strategy and the satisfaction of its stakeholders. Set up according to the ISO 9001: 2015 standard, it facilitates transparency, internal communication and the optimization of skills. Globally, it consolidates the school’s commitment to a continuous improvement process.

When you arrive, you are invited to read the quality policy of IMT Mines Albi and to agree to respect the charter of community life .

The scope of the ISO 9001: 2015 certification covers all of the school’s activities by structuring them into 13 processes: 1 management process, 4 business processes and 8 support processes.

Each process is described in a “process sheet”, available on the MIN digital workspace, and is led by a process manager who ensures the proper implementation of the activities of each process as well as the interactions of each process with other processes.
