Access to training and research centers
You must ensure that you have the necessary authorization to access the centers, workshops or specific premises and consult the display on the door which will identify any access restrictions, specific risks, or protective equipment to be used if manipulations are in progress.
Since March 2020, the Clément Ader-Albi Institute has been a Restricted Regime Zone (ZRR) by order of the Ministry of the Economy and Finance. This procedure is imposed at a national level within the framework for the protection of the national scientific and technical potential of research centers. The area currently concerned by these restrictions is the perimeter of the Clément Ader-Albi Institute: the ICA-A wing and the MIMAUSA platform.
To access these areas, you must request authorization from the school administration via an online request form . A telephone number and a directory are available in front of the entrance gates of the ZRR to contact the person with whom you have an appointment.

Plan of the main building
The rooms are numbered using 4 characters. To help you find your way, here’s the logic:
Take, for example, room 1A35:
- the first number indicates the floor : the room is on the 1st floor.
- the letter indicates the building : the room is in building A.
- the second number indicates the position of the room in the building.
You have the option of reserving rooms to hold meetings. For this you need to use the SYNAPSES app. After you log in, follow the information in this tutorial to book the rooms you want.
